Agent installs the SDK
KREO's Agent Banking SDK — Kotlin for Android or C for embedded / low-power terminals — is installed on the agent's device.

Agent loads a float
Before heading into the field, the agent tops up a float balance from their KREO wallet to cover the day's transactions.

Accept payments offline
Each customer transaction is signed locally with an offline Ed25519 key — no internet connection required at the point of sale.

Sync when back online
Once the agent's device reconnects, every queued transaction syncs automatically through a conflict-safe offline transaction queue.

Settle & reconcile
Synced transactions settle through the same NIBSS NIP rails as every other KREO payment, and the agent's float reconciles against their wallet balance.
